Casa Del Fattore

Part of an outstanding 16th century estate, Villa del Fattore is a beautiful example of a Tuscan country-house. Originally built as accommodations for the estate workers, it is set upon the slope of a hill and surrounded by orchards and olive groves. Fully restored to the highest of standards, it still retains its age-old Tuscan charm with terracotta tiled floors, wood beamed ceilings, frescos and several little patio areas shaded by rose covered gazebos.

Offering the best of modern comforts in an elegant yet rustic setting, reception rooms include TV lounge, drawing room, typical Tuscan kitchen, grand dining room and winter garden conservatory. The cottage offers kitchen, dining room and sun lounge. To the front of the villa is a vast lawn with private swimming pool and an outdoor Jacuzzi tub. There are 6 double bedrooms 1 twin bedroom (which can be converted to queen) and 1 single bedroom ~ each with a distinctive decor and en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have heating and air conditioning. The villa will host up to 15 guests and is the perfect place for retreats or special gatherings of family and friends.

Daily Chef service for preparation of breakfast and one meal (lunch or dinner) 6 days a week (wednesday day off)

Daily maid service in the morning 6 days a week (wednesday day off)

Gardener and Pool service

Heat/air conditioning, water, gas, electricity (up to 1000 KW, over this amount, client will be charged according to usage)
